Paulina Rzeczkowska, MD — somatic practitioner

The Work

Body-led somatic work grounded in attuned presence and Ayurveda. A space where held patterns can be met safely, supporting a deeper sense of ease, connection, and stability within the body.

Many of us carry stress and tension in the body without realizing it. In a session, you are guided into a deeply relaxed state and supported in noticing what is happening in your body. From there, held patterns can begin to gently release — often leaving you feeling lighter, calmer, and more at ease.

What This Work Offers

Nervous System Regulation

Sessions work directly with the body's capacity for regulation — building greater stability, resilience, and ease over time.

Gentle Release

Held emotional patterns, stress, and past experiences can release safely — without reliving trauma or forcing insight.

A Whole-System Approach

Drawing from Western medicine, somatic practice, and Ayurvedic principles for lasting, embodied change.

Paced for Integration

Work unfolds at a pace the nervous system can integrate — steady, cumulative, and guided by what your body is ready for.
